MS, LPC Associate Supervised by Heidi Voet, LPC-S, License #19392

I specialize in addressing trauma and behaviors stemming from substance abuse, personality disorders, and dysfunctional relationships. My empathetic yet direct approach helps clients identify and overcome the negative thoughts that hold them back. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their emotions, heal past wounds, and work towards positive change.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University and a Master's degree in Counseling from Southern Methodist University. Beyond my formal education, I have gained invaluable insights from my own life experiences and my extensive work with clients. Having witnessed the devastating impact of trauma firsthand and working in diverse settings—including a nonprofit addiction treatment center, private group practice, and an ABA therapy center—I deeply understand what my clients go through.

Recognizing that each person's experiences are unique, I tailor my therapeutic interventions to meet individual needs, empowering clients to take an active role in their healing process. My passion for helping clients stems from my own journey and the profound impact therapy has had on my life.
